GENERAL
The following clauses make up the framework contract that all users accessing the CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. website are obliged to know and accept. For the sole purpose of the present general conditions, the expression "user" includes any Internet user who accesses the CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. website, either directly or from any other Internet site.

The services offered by CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L in the present website will be regulated by the conditions contained in the present contract. CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L reserves the right to modify, totally or partially, these general conditions, being applicable the new ones agreed from the moment of their publication in the page. In any case, the mentioned modifications will not have retroactive effects on the goods or services previously contracted by the users.

These General Conditions bind both parties and form an integral and inseparable part of the contract of sale whose effectiveness operates at the time of the subscription of the order at the request of the customer, through the contracting mechanisms that will be specified later, all in accordance with the provisions of art. 1.255 of the Civil Code that reflects the principle of the autonomy of the will and agreements between the contracting parties. For all purposes it will be understood that the user accepts the conditions and rules of use listed here if you click the "Accept" button at the bottom of this document.

In order to guarantee in its integrity the rights of the consumers and users of CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L, the present General Conditions are established in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish law, and in particular in the Law 7/98 of April 13 of General Conditions of the Contracting, Law 7/96 of January 15 of Ordering of the Retail Trade, Code of Civil Law, Directive 2000/31 EC, Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of Ministers of the European Union and of the European Union.civil Code, Directive 2000/31 EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June, Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other applicable laws and their implementing regulations.

In order to guarantee in its integrity the rights of the consumers and users of CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L the present General Conditions are established in accordance with the Spanish law

2-General conditions of contract between CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L and the user:

• 2.1- The user declares that he/she is of legal age (over 18 years old) and has the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered by the suppliers in the website of CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L, also declaring that he/she accepts the linkage to this agreement and understands, and accepts in its entirety the conditions here stated to use this website and to contract the services offered.

• 2.8- If any clause included in these general conditions was declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only that provision or that part of it. The general conditions shall remain in force in all other respects, and such provision, or the part of it that is affected, shall be deemed not to have been included in these general conditions.
  
  
• 2.9- CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. shall not be liable for the interruptions that occur in the electric or telecommunication services that prevent the users from using the services offered.
  
  
• 2.10- CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to this Virtual Store and/or the services contained therein, at any time and without prior notice, to any Client who does not comply with the provisions of these General Conditions,
  
  
• 2.11- The Client is obliged to abstain from using this Virtual Store and its services with illicit purposes or effects, contrary to what is established in these General Conditions, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way can damage, render useless, overload or deteriorate CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L and the services or prevent the normal use or enjoyment of this Virtual Store and its services by the Users.
  
  The User shall refrain from obtaining or even attempting to obtain information, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software and, in general, any kind of material accessible through CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L or its services using means or procedures other than those that, as the case may be, have been made available for this purpose or have been indicated through CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.   The inclusion of the contents of CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. in other Internet portals, or in other media or supports is not allowed. CONDITIONS OF SALE
When the customer places an order, an employee of http://www.cardil.es will check if the requested product is really available at that moment. Once the payment and the availability of the article have been verified, the customer will be contacted by e-mail or telephone to inform him/her that the order is being processed correctly.

3.1-Pricing policy

• CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L reserves the right at any time and unilaterally to modify the price of the products and services offered through its website. In order to guarantee the customer the certainty and security of the price of its products, this will be the one in force in the advertising coinciding with the moment of formalizing the order.
  All products do not include VAT

3.2-Acceptance of the order

• At the moment of formalization of the order, once used the option of the menu of acceptance of the order, the consent of the client is understood given for the validity and effectiveness of the contract of sale that binds the parts. CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. will store the order electronically, except for a reasonable typographical error, in which case the order cannot be processed.
• CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L after the acceptance of the order will inform the customer by sending the order confirmation and also by sending the current general conditions of CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L to the e-mail address indicated by the customer.
• The commitment acquired by CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L of sale and delivery of the offered merchandise is subject to the stock of the announced product and to the availability of the same one until the end of stock, reason why CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L., in its commitment of quality and service to the client, tries at all times that the advertised products are available. However, in the event of exceptional circumstances such as abusive order, interactive multi-ordering or any other circumstances that cause the end of stock of the product, the order and the contract signed between the parties shall be without effect by virtue of this termination clause, fully restoring to the customer in case of prepayment the amounts paid for the same.

3.3-Invoice

• CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. shall issue an invoice to be sent by electronic means.
• CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L warns that it will not be able to modify after the invoicing the sales invoices in compliance with the regulations in force. The invoice will be issued in the name of the individual or company placing the order, so the customer must ensure that the order is placed in the correct name. Subsequent changes will not be possible.
• CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. warns that for personal data protection reasons, duplicate invoices will only be issued to the person who is the contract holder. Duplicates will not be issued to third parties. CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. will not send duplicate invoices by fax or e-mail but only to the address designated by the contract holder. Once the warranty period has elapsed, no further duplicate invoices may be issued.

3.4-Delivery time of the purchased product

• The effective delivery period of the product starts from the moment in which the delivery date was set when the order was placed. For orders by prepayment without proof of payment within the delivery period of the product set at the time of placing the order, the term will start counting from the moment CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. is aware of the payment.
• The delivery time of the goods may vary due to causes beyond the control of CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L will try to correct any incident with the transport in the most efficient way.
• In the event of delay in delivery of more than 30 days over the approximate term of reception of the product fixed when formalizing the order, and as long as this delay is imputable to CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S. L.; the client, after a written complaint( (letter, fax or e-mail), will be able to unilaterally desist of the order, being refunded the amounts paid in case of prepayment, in attention to the articles 103 and following of the Royal Legislative Decree, 1/2007.
• CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. will not be able to guarantee the availability of the entire catalog, being at the expense of the supply by the manufacturers of the different products. In case of this situation CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. commits itself to the prompt refund of the amount paid by the customer or the delivery of another product of the same range as the one purchased by the customer if he/she prefers.

3.5-Shipping costs

• The minimum shipping costs will be automatically assigned according to weight/price or product of the order.
• The store will automatically apply the relevant shipping costs according to the country/zone of delivery of the order. If the store does not have the shipping costs related to the country of delivery of the order, the purchase will not be completed. 3.6-Method of payment

• Payment by credit card and bank transfer are accepted.
• CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. will not send any order until it is verified that the payment has been made, or the financial entity of its conformity and acceptance in the operation.
• Payment by bank transfer may delay the estimated shipping time.

3.7-Incorrect shipping information

• If the problem is due to an error on the part of the customer (a mistake when placing the order), the customer will bear the return shipping costs, the shipping costs of the replacement plus 10 euros for administrative costs.
• Please make sure before placing the order that the shipping information and the selected products are correct.
• In case the error was due to CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L., the customer will receive the ordered goods at no additional cost.

3.8-Cancellations of an order

• An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been processed and invoiced.
• To cancel an order you only have to communicate it to us by e-mail, providing us with the number of the order you wish to cancel.
• If you have selected "prepayment" as your payment method and you have already made the transfer or deposit, you must also provide us with your bank details (account number) so that we can refund your money. This will only be possible in writing (e-mail).

3.9-Warranty

• The guarantee of the products sold by CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. is provided and established in accordance with the regulations contained in the current legislation.
• CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. will not be responsible for possible damages that may result from misuse, unprofessional handling or installation, or malfunctions such as short circuits. The guarantee will not be valid in case of external factors to the normal use of the product, such as voltage increases or decreases, use of inadequate accessories or prohibited by the manufacturers, falls, water, fire or incorrect or abusive handling by the client or by third parties not authorized by the manufacturers.
• The warranty shall commence on the day of delivery, in accordance with the aforementioned article 123 of the Royal Legislative Decree.
• The warranty is addressed only to the holder (contractual party) appearing on the invoice and only the holder can claim it.
• CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. will not be responsible for attending requirements of third parties that have not directly acquired the goods through CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. and/or that do not appear in the sales invoice.

3.10-Returns

• Right of withdrawal
• You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
• The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.

• To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
  Consequences of withdrawal.
• In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice by you of a type of delivery).in the event of withdrawal by you, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
• We will proceed to effect such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
• You must return or deliver the goods directly to us or to .... (insert the name and address, if applicable, of the person authorized by you to receive the goods), without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The period shall be deemed to have expired if you return the goods before the expiry of this period. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
• You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
• The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to the provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.

3.11-Place and manner of delivery:

• The order will be delivered to the address designated at the time of contracting by the customer. The subsequent modification of the place of delivery requested by the customer will only be possible before the order leaves our warehouses and will generate additional costs on the sale price that will be at the expense of the buyer. The modification of the delivery address once the order has been delivered to the carrier will not be possible unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly agreed between the parties. The goods shall be delivered to the customer by a transport company, together with a delivery note stating the data enabling the customer to be identified and the number of packages making up the shipment.
• The goods are at all times covered by insurance against risks of transport, loss and handling during transport.
• Important: Make sure that the package received is externally in good condition. If not, note this fact on the carrier's delivery note, reject the shipment and notify CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L. in writing within 24 hours.
• The goods that could not be delivered within seven working days from the departure of the same from the facilities of CARDIL, Productos Veterinarios S.L for reasons not attributable to the seller will be returned to the same, being refunded the amounts paid for the product in case of orders in the prepaid mode except for the expenses of reshipment (return).
• Large products such as televisions, large appliances, boilers,... will be delivered to the portal, they will not be taken up to the apartments.

3.12 - Warranty of consumer goods:

• In case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user
• The seller is liable for any non-conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery
• The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
